3D21B BPT for high plate voltages, 40Watts.

3D21B von verschiedenen Herstellern (Lewis&Kaufmann, Tung-Sol,CBS) für Anodenspannungen bis 4KV und Anodenimpulsströme bis 10A. Auch wenn das eine Impulsröhre ist, so hat doch diese BPT interessante Triodenkennlinien (siehe Datenblatt). Anodenverlustleistung 40Watt, Heizung 6,3 oder 12,6V.
Die Röhren sind gebraucht und auf Funktion geprüft.

3D21B Beam Power tetrode for high plate voltages and pulse current up to 10A from different Manufacturers
(Lewis&Kaufmann, Tung-Sol,CBS). Altough this is a puls modulator tube it has interesting triode charts (see datasheet). Max Plate dissipation 40 Watts. Heater 6,3 or 12,6V. Used tubes, functionally tested.
